Greetings to all for a healthy and happy new year!

CEC is one of the oldest established advocates and is currently the largest international organization dedicated to improving the education success of students with disabilities as well as students with gifts and talents.  CEC advocates for appropriate governmental policies, sets professional standards, provides professional development, advocates for individuals with exceptionalities, and helps professionals obtain conditions and resources necessary for effective professional practice.

We certainly have been and will continue to maintain a full schedule.  Chapter 200 has hosted the annual beginning of the school year mixer and chapter awards ceremony.   We look forward to special guest speakers, a great fundraiser at the Delray Beach Garlic Festival, and planning for hosting the 66th Annual Florida State CEC Conference.  Please let us know If you are interested in volunteering to assist with the conference.  Feel free to peruse our website see what our local organization has to offer.

With the changing landscape of education, CEC is the beacon for teachers, administrators, students, parents, paraprofessionals, related support service providers alike.  Please consider joining CEC Chapter 200!  We are looking for other dedicated professionals to join our committed organization.
